Shoulder & upper arm guards
I rigged a 10 inch strap across the upperchest and across the back. It is a good product. Shoulderpafs are not as easy of maneuverability as these.

Best for light jackets
Fit ok on heavier jackets, but better used on 350N/lighter jackets

Worth the buy
Very affordable arm protection. Also encourages me to keep arm flexibility while putting them on by myself! One thing I would like however is another tie-off point in the middle of the plates to keep it more secure. (Don't know if it would impact movement or not) Awesome piece of kit. Protects me from bruises while not restricting the arms too much.
