We try to sort these by size. Its very difficult.

Light is closer to 3/4" and will hit lighter.

Medium is about 7/8" and kinda in the middle.

Heavy is about 1". More solid, very little flex. Use more control or personal protection, they will hit hard.

Grand Baton 55" Rattan

The rattan is light and will absorb impact.
We select the best and only send out the sizes that meet our specs.
These are typically used for more intense bouting and those wanting quicker blade work.
Diameter will vary from thin (light/whippy) to thicker (heavy/stiff). Give us a hint of what you want when ordering and we will do our best to select.
Rattan is approximately 3/4" x 55" long.
Also makes a decent Silambam

Light will be closer to 3/4" diameter. Good for sparring with limited protection.

Heavy is closer to 1" diameter. Its stiffer and will hit harder. Good for controlled training. If sparring you will need more protection.
