Add Trim/Piping to a NEW jacket

All jackets will have a default trim color. This is if you want a custom color.

This can only be done on a NEW order jacket. DOES NOT INCLUDE: OFFICER, FG HISTORICAL, FG, FG Light, or FG PRO
