Protective, but immobile.
This thing is super protective! I've taken some good hits to the head so far and haven't felt any pain or shock from the impacts. Its a great BOH option. Only thing is it might be a little restrictive with your view. For example you might be looking the same direction as your torso in zornhau. Otherwise, its surprisingly breathable and feels great!
