The Extra Heavy Cane is made of 2 layers of laminated Impact Grade Hickory. The shaft is not tapered. So that creates a heavier, stronger cane.

This one has a thicker wider hickory pommel for a bit more strength.

The weight is similar to the Heavy Cane, but it does not taper in thickness so the balance is different.

The cane is 1" thick throughout.

Cane is light,robust and nice,should have had it shortened less but that is my fault
