Product Code: SW.DR.oak
This wooden training dagger, or rondel, is shown in the Meyer plates and mentioned in other manuals. This is the same type of weapon used by armoured fighters in the manuals of Fiore. The long, strong point can get between joints in armour. It can also be used as a backup weapon to a Shortsword.

The wooden roundels were re-invented by Purpleheart Armoury for WMAW 2000 in Toronto. By studying many of the old drawings and evaluating the simplicity of the historical training equipment, we were able to develop these roundels.

Sturdy, ergonomic, and historically accurate
Basically the perfect tool for studying dagger. It even looks like the daggers in Paulus Hector Mair’s fencing manual!
